Summer Program

Looking for a fun, welcoming, and beginner-friendly summer activity for your child? Join our 9-Week Kids Martial Arts Summer Program, where children build confidence, learn new skills, make friends, and stay active in a supportive environment.

Whether your child is completely new to martial arts or looking to continue their journey, our program is designed to help kids develop confidence, focus, discipline, and teamwork — all while having fun.

12-Week Tai Chi & Qi Gong
Seasonal Sessions

Join a welcoming community practice focused on health, movement, mindfulness, and overall well-being through Tai Chi & Qi Gong.

Our classes are designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, offering a supportive environment to improve balance, mobility, breathing, relaxation, and overall health through gentle movement and mindful practice.

Spring Session 2026

April 2 – June 25, 2026

Our Spring Session focuses on building strong foundations through Tai Chi forms, Qi Gong exercises, posture, breathwork, and mindful movement practices that support balance, coordination, and resilience.

Summer / Early Fall Session 2026

July 2 – September 17, 2026
12-Week Session

Continue your practice through the warmer months with a structured summer program designed to maintain consistency, deepen understanding, and support long-term health and vitality.

2.5 Hour Awareness & Personal Safety
Training Workshop

Build Confidence. Trust Yourself. Learn Real-World Safety Skills.

 

Join us for a powerful and practical 2.5-hour workshop focused on self-awareness, situational awareness, verbal boundary-setting, and effective self-defense skills in a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment.

This workshop is designed for all experience levels and focuses on prevention first — helping participants recognize danger early, stay calm under pressure, and respond effectively when necessary.

Participants Will Learn:

✔ Situational awareness & recognizing warning signs
✔ How to trust intuition and respond confidently
✔ Verbal de-escalation & boundary setting
✔ Escape strategies & creating distance safely
✔ Simple, practical self-defense techniques
✔ Managing fear responses (fight, flight, freeze)
